Description :
Non Exempt. Provides guidance, assistance, coordination, documentation, and communications during the Service Restoration process for Enterprise Major Incident Management.
Involves assistance for problems or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software maintained by Technologies.
Interprets, evaluates documents and communicates status, action steps, to restore and tracks resolution timelines.
Makes certain that incidents and problems are classified,prioritized, resourced, and remedied.
2 years of experience with multiple business and technical environments, as well as business functions and capabilities, or a 2 year associates degree in a Technologies discipline.
