Requirements

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Global Analytics and forensics and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Develops analytical models to drive analytic insights
Leads small and manages some large data analytics project teams
Manages the continuous improvement of data science and analytics
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Presents data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs;
determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 3 years experience in information technology, audit, analytics, economics or related field OR 5 years experience in information technology, accounting, analytics, economics, or related field OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field and 1 year s experience in information technology, accounting, analytics, economics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
2 year s experience with big data analytics.
5 years experience with SQL and relational databases (for example, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
5 years experience with statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R, SQL, Python).
