REQUIREMENTS

Hands on experience with RDBMS implementations of the following technologies including but not limited to: Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2
Skilled in Bash Scripting, Windows Batch Files and Linx with familiarity in Java Development.
Ability to prioritize and maintains call records/logs and resolution detail utilizing case management solution properly assigning tickets
Understand the product direction and clients’ technology needs and provide input on product through all points of the product cycle.
Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic, self-motivated, result oriented and demonstrated ability to add value and succeed in a fast-paced environment providing solutions to hardware and software applications.
Demonstrated capabilities in leading support activities like incident logging, documentation, initial trouble shooting, research, doing root cause analysis, updating knowledge base, logging updates, and interacting with internal/external stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technology concepts to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists, and the ability to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels
