Description :

--> Experience in Automation Framework Designing, Executing and maintaining automated test scripts
--> Good working experience and knowledge of Selenium Webdriver, IDE, RC
--> Good Java script experience/knowledge
--> Tracking, Bug Reporting activities and Risk Analysis
--> Having Very good knowledge/Experience of SDLC, QA process and AGILE methodology, TDD/BDD

Job Specification:


--> 2+ yrs Automation Testing
--> Requires thorough knowledge of applications function and analysis.
--> Must have basic knowledge relating to the design and development of applications programs and analysis of Service Now or any ITSM tool.
--> Experience with developing and documenting test scripts.
--> Knowledge of QA and Testing Service Now configuration and development in an higher education environment.
--> Requires knowledge of other areas of IT.
--> Knowledge of department processes and procedures.
--> Requires skills associated with programming design, modification, implementation and analysis of those applications.
--> Requires interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
--> Must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
--> Requires thorough understanding of using automated testing tools and ability to perform automated QA procedures.
--> Requires skills related to application lifecycle management.
--> Preferably ITIL certification Main Activity :
--> Applies QA/Release Management concepts to perform complex procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.
--> Analyzes and develops complex test scripts.
--> Performs complex testing of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
--> Applies QA/Release Management standards for migration of new and upgraded software from test to production environment.
--> Analyzes requests for new software upgrades or enhancements.
--> Performs complex QA tasks by executing automated scripts.
--> Analyzes why scripts fail and work directly with application developer and more junior analysts to resolve problems.
--> Analyzes and reports progress on problem resolution to next level of QA Analyst.
--> Implements improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future
