What You'll Do
As a Routing Network Consulting Engineer (NCE), you will help lead the effort to transform our customer's current and future network architecture.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
--> Create customer deliverable documentation including High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) for their core infrastructure
--> Deliver design workshops and consultancy services
--> Provide operations consulting
--> Provide knowledge transfers to the customer's network operations staff
--> Serve as an escalation point for critical issues
--> Support architecture changes and implementations

Who You Are
A Routing and Switching NCE candidate will meet the minimum requirements to be considered with the desired skills being a plus
Our minimum requirements for this role:
--> CCNP Routing and Switching or Service Provider, CCIE Routing and Switch or Service Provider
--> Expert level knowledge of Core Routing/Switching and Service Provider Technologies
--> Experience with ASR 1k, ASR 9k, and Cisco 7600 router
--> Demonstrated experience working with minimal direct supervision
--> Demonstrated consulting skills and customer facing experience
Our desired skills for this role:
--> Experience Cisco Security products such as ASA and Firepower
--> Engineering and Operations experience in a Service Provider environment
--> Demonstrated skills in deploying Cisco solutions in a U.S. Government environment, preferably having gained this experience working in a classified environment
--> Engineering and Operations experience related to Cisco products listed on the Unified Capabilities (UC) Approved Products List (APL)
--> Experience working with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS)
