Description :

The purpose of the Specialist Technical Delivery Manager role is scoping and the delivering of new, complex, high business impacting network deliveries. This could be a single complex network (technical solution) delivery within any of the large contracts or a portfolio of network deliveries (including Voice, Data Centre, and Cloud etc) within a sector. Specialist Technical Delivery Manager sits within the Contract Design Hub (CDH) organization and is responsible for the overall delivery of technical solutions with in a large contract or for a cross-portfolio requirement or a complex delivery throughout the programmes lifecycle.
Specifically this role is accountable for:

Proactively engaging across multiple teams, including external suppliers during WNB, T&T and In-life phases to ensure that a plan for delivery of all items in scope are agreed and committed toEngaging with clients and suppliers at a senior level, including internal stakeholders to do effective stakeholder management.Pre-empt issues and identify a resolution that ensures commitments made to the business are maintained.Grasp opportunities to simplify /transform process across work area and across teams using CI best practices.Challenging TSO costs and track costs for all network (technical solution ) deliveriesActing as the primary point of contact for any escalation across deliveries or work-stream, providing direction in resolving issues, escalations ensuring timely resolution. Ensuring that platforms/components (CS, CDH, GCS, CBS & Service Delivery) have sufficient capacity to meet delivery commitments Risk Management for network (technical solution) deliveries

Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech Education background with relevant experience

Skills/Experience:
Sound knowledge of Enterprise/Service Provider network infrastructure and has proven experience in complex technical solution deliveries.
Excellent communication, planning, stakeholder management & analytical skills.
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Data Centre/CCIE R&S/CCIE SP/CCIE Voice /JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIE/RSCA/CCNA Wireless/CCNP Wireless/ISE/CISCO PRIME/ARUBA/Virtualization/ PMP/Prince 2 practitioner certified (Preferred).
Should be able to work in different time zones.
Should have excellent understanding and knowledge of Next Generation Network and Collaboration technologies like SDN/NFV/NGCC/Nexus/IT Infrastructure Platform /Avaya/Cisco/Genesys/Microsoft -Collaboration & Contact Center Portfolio both On-Prem and Cloud.
Hands on solution architecting experience in more than one technologies along with commercial understanding preferred.
