Description :

Boeing India is looking to hire a Supplier Development Analyst for the India Enterprise Supplier Development Team. The Supplier Development Analyst will play a key role in growing productivity driven sourcing from India. He / She will also play a role in identifying new suppliers, upgrading supplier capabilities, supporting special projects, coordinate management reviews and presentations and support maintaining relationships and partnerships with suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:
Serve as Supplier Development Analyst in India Enterprise SM team Conducts macroeconomic, industry and supplier research Support identifying and developing new suppliers in India Support supplier capability assessment, qualification, training and onboarding Support sourcing growth from India Support special projects, India Enterprise initiatives, Make in India campaigns, skilling initiatives, Boeing Defense India supply chain standupCoordinate and drive management presentations, reviewsSupport India Enterprise events, newsletter and other initiativesDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and proceduresSupports maintaining relationships and partnerships with supplier stakeholders and peer partners

key Skills:
Knowledge of India supply base in Industrials, electronics, avionics preferred
Demonstrated project management skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work in a cross functional matrixed environment with limited supervision

Qualifications
