Description :

Education: Undergraduate/ Graduate.

Determines requirements by working with customers.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Obtains client information by out-bound telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Maintains call center database by entering information.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Soft Skills:
(Job related): Be Fluent in speech (English), Multi-tasking ability is required.

Shift Timing: 6:30 pm – 4:00 am.
