Description :
In this role you’ll partner with the Global Head of HR for SBM and Finance to deliver on all aspects of HR for a number of key global functions reporting to our COO.
-->You’ll be based in Houston, Texas and will interact with stakeholders around the globe. This is an organization driving change and embracing the use of leading edge robotics processing automation and implementing a new Enterprise Reporting Platform.
-->You’ll work side by side with the leaders of these functions and their teams to foster a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking by attracting, developing and retaining a diverse community of the industry’s most exceptional talent
-->This is an individual contributor role, but you’ll have access to some of the smartest and most collaborative peers in the HR function and in the business
-->Your manager will be the Global Head of HR for SBM & Finance and she is based out of Palo Alto
On a typical day you might:
-->Coach a senior executive on how he or she can be most effective in their role
-->Partner with the business to establish and manage realistic workforce plans that reflect the labor strategy for the functions you support
-->Consult on the hiring plan for the business, including how we attract diverse candidates and develop robust relationships with strong talent pipelines
-->Create actions that help shape and encourage a mission-driven, innovative and agile culture
-->Identify top talent and partner with their leaders to establish progressive development plans that grow their skill set and broaden their experience base
-->Determine an appropriate rewards strategy to attract and retain exceptional talent

To land this role, you need to have some experience:
-->Working with senior leaders and quickly building their trust, so they see you as a business partner and problem solver.
-->Working in High-Tech with at least 8-10 years of experience working in HR, and at least a couple of roles as HR business partner. This will give you an appreciation for the pace at which you’ll need to operate and how nimble you’ll need to be. You will have also gathered some helpful HR fundamentals, which you’ll need to be successful in the role.
-->Leading change and successfully project managing the HR aspect of transformations
-->Applying your business acumen to an organization’s problems/challenges and developing solutions that reflect solid judgment
-->Influencing up, down and across a global and matrixed organization.
