Job Title :Production Sales Development Manager for Designjet

Description :

If you are our Sales Development Manager, Designjet, Philippines in Philippines, you will have a chance to

Responsible to drive large format (Designjet category) sales in Philippines and be able to meet goals, understand trends, look for new opportunities, manage distributors and resellers and provide marketing and business plan to growth business; includes
Serve as the expert to Designjet partners for complex information regarding our product, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations
Educate and update assigned partners within monthly business rhythms on new HP technologies or solutions. May be brought in by partners to sell HP brand to end customers
Establish and maintain quarterly account plans to promote sales growth
Achieve assigned quota for HP Designjet products, services, and software
Transactional and relationship selling working within a team of selling professionals
Create, fill-in and manage HP funnel for deals with partners and transforms potential leads into joint sales activities
Establish relationship with partner at all organization levels including senior executives
Leverage partner solution stacks, partner intellectual property, and other capabilities to broaden the HP footprint in targeted industries and/or customers
Ensure partners are compliant with legal and HP practices
Assist in the recruit and develop business relationship with new partners

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

At least 5 years of working experience in similar function in the large format industry
Have in-depth knowledge of industry knowledge and trend, includes products, solution, service, competitors’, clients’ and partners.
Possess good business management skills, including
Strategic Planning
Execution
Forecast/Budget Control
Pipeline Management
Operations Building/Improvement
Sales Development
