Job Title : Transformation Manager
Description :
Responsible for the success of HP Inc. Transformation projects/programs including, but not limited to, HP Dynamics CRM/PRM, Integrated Quoting, HP2B eCommerce
Establish clear program objectives, communicate transparent strategies and timelines, measure success within each program deployment
Understand how each project impacts upstream and downstream sales processes
Accountable for executing a consistent project management cadence involving regional, country, and global teams
Deliver an Executive level presentation to key stakeholders
Manage program budgets and interlock with WW Sales Operations teams on program progression
Management of Change
Help define a new Management of Change (MoC) framework within HP Inc. and establish a new governance structure for MoC across APJ
Ensure content and methodologies executed by the MoC enable country GTM team success in program deployments or enhancements
Establish clear change management goals and objectives, align with Executive stakeholders
Develop the MoC strategies around impact assessment, training, communication, stakeholder alignment, adoption, measurement of success
Engage with regional and global Sales Operation teams to learn and share MoC best practices
Understand the lead-to-cash sales processes, tools, and experience for APJ HP Inc.’s Sales, Customers, and Partners
Assist in designing a new Experience Management framework, ensuring transparency across the lead-to-cash experience
Managing and coordinating across the lead-to-cash teams to ensure HP Inc regionally, across APJ countries, and globally
Develop strategies on how to improve the buying, selling, and engagement experience at HP Inc
Correlate the experience with lead-to-cash existing or new process/tool investments, programs, and enhancements
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience with 5 years of team management
Minimum 3 years managing large deployments and programs
Must have proven experience in managing sales processes and a dynamic, international organization
Important to have a background working in Configure, Price, Quoting or eCommerce or CRM/PRM
Solid experience in operational process management, proven collaboration across WW and local teams
Strong program management background or experience I coordinating complex operational activities across multiple teams
Proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers/partners on peer level and one level above
High level of leadership and Executive engagement required
