Description :

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other job-related field, OR Four years of job-related work experience, OR Two years of job-related experience, plus an associate degree in computer science, information technology or other job-related field.

Required Work Experience
Five years of applications development experience.
Five years of JAVA programming, REST/SOAP, JMS (can be concurrent).
Preferred: Experience with WebSphere Application Server/IBM MO implantations.
Experience with Agile and Scrum.

Required Skills and Abilities

Thorough technical knowledge of the capabilities of available hardware and software resources.
Demonstrates flexibility for adapting to both changing business and client needs and a changing technical environment.
A complete understanding of the systems life cycle.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Extensive knowledge of programming languages and currently used browser-based productivity tools in the department.
