Job Title : Manager - Salesforce.com - SFDC - Consulting - Technology

Description :
- Applicant should have experience as a technical architect and should have completed 2 to 3 end to end SFDC implementations in India or globally.
- Should have the ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.
- Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience.
- Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
- Ability to conduct code reviews for junior team members and suggest improvisations in the code aligning to the best practices.

Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.
- Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops.
- In depth understanding of SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Implementations.
- Overall experience 10 years, relevant SFDC experience 5+ years

Skills Required:
--> Certified on Salesforce.com
--> Exposure to Salesforce.com Development environment(S-Controls, AJAX Toolkit, Apex API)
--> Experience on Apex, Visual force
--> Should have experience on programming languages like Java(Advanced Java)/ASP.net including JQuery/Java Script.
--> Should have experience in integration and Configuration
--> Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com
