Job Title : PTIT - Software Developer

Description :
Dot net developer will support the business users as an application developer & functional expert on the business processes, systems and data in P&T projects. Expected to perform technical and system analysis to understand how systems operate, analyze the data and propose solutions. Works very closely with other teams to deliver technical solutions in support of Information Management standards and best practices and adhere to the standards for .NET, SharePoint, Livelink, Spotfire, and other development and information management tools.

Key Competencies
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Designing and developing modules in .NET with appropriate use of patterns and conforming to the defined architecture.
Performing, assisting with, or providing technical support for: Unit, System, Integration or End-to-End testing for fixes, enhancements or new development
Liaising with a diverse set of business portfolio and IT stakeholders, as required
Serving as technical SME/liaison to project and support teams to provide technical advice, guidance, standards, troubleshooting assistance
Ability to articulate and document a detailed technical vision using industry-standard tools (UML, Use Cases, etc.)
Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software design.

Experience and Qualifications
Relevant Experience
1, Proficiency with web based/distributed application architecture, development tools and database products.
2, Experience in design, utilizing design and modeling tools
3, Proficient in building high-quality, high-performance web applications.
4, Experienced in designing and building SOAP and REST APIs
5, Experience with Agile development methodology
6, Employs business analysis techniques and demonstrates skill on multiple development projects for role- specific Function/Business
7, Analyzes relevant information, forming comparisons and tradeoffs between options. Can make medium- complexity decisions and build reports
8, Understands and can describe how own work fits into the broader organizational goals and objectives
9, Understands and can identify internal and external customers, key stakeholders and suppliers/strategic partners
10, Understand the basics of effective engagement, including inquiry and advocacy, in developing value-adding, trust-based business partnering relationships.
11, Understand key business drivers, current business priorities and critical issues of the Businesses/Functions with which they support.
12, Able to conduct a structured assessment of a business process, including purpose and scope, and able relate a process design to an application, organizational or strategic context
13, Conducts an assessment of the "as-is" process and establish requirements for the "to-be" process
14, Correctly uses change control processes and actively incorporate them in plans and schedules.
